· iStockphoto - offers a big collection of images with professional quality for low prices. What is the wile? They enable anyone to upload their own pictures and earn royalties as people or organizations buy them. The service is simple and user-friendly: you register up for free, search images by keywords, select the ones you are interested, pay and you already get it.
· Ninesigma- the business model of Nine Sigmabut, they focusing on problem related with innovation management. Companies or managers can ask for solutions for problems related to services, information or software, hoping to make better the newness processes within their organization.
· Cambrian House – “Cambrian House’s aim is to discover and commercialize
software ideas through the wisdom and participation of crowds”. Created in the end of 2005 the company collects business ideas and lets the community vote on which ones to create, and help build it with inputs , and fees are paid whenever someone contributes with concepts or coding.
One of the products created by Cambrian House is Robin Hood Fund. It’s kind of like realization of wishes. You post a wish, and view how much it would cost to realize your wish, post it, and let the community vote on it and even contribute money toward the wish fund. At the end of the month the votes are counted , the money collected and the top wishes are granted. There are two kinds of wishes, good wishes and naughty wishes, nice ones are the “save the orphanage”, and frolicsome are “I want a Porsche” type, and the Robin Hood Fund service to both.
These are three example of Crowdsoursing. I think they’re works. In my opinion there are a lot of people how need different kind of help and also there are quite literally thousands of people( from Crowdsoursing) can and want to help you or your business, they can give more resources you can use to get work done or to solve your problems. Also its can increase productivity and creativity while decrease labor and research expenses. In return, most participants simply want some personal recognition, a feeling of community, or at most, a financial incentive.
